Anyone else have an issue with this? After training or races, or other activity or that nature I seem to get headaches that can become debilitating. It is a pain and causes me to not want to train. The most recent time it happened was after a beach 5k, where the temp was 78 with a slight rain. The last 1/2 mile I did long stride and push to the end, which caused heavy breathing. ( but that is to be expected)
I don't believe it is exactly dehydration as I try to drink more than enough before, during and after. Aspirin does help, but I don't want to have to rely on it. No I haven't seen a pulmonary specialist or anything yet. Also, I don't want to have to take medicine (aspirin, etc) before I race, but may have to.
Thoughts?
