I've created 4 strength training routines, however, because they include photos of how to do each exercise, I can't upload the first one here. So, to get a copy of any of the first routine, come to a strength training session and you'll get a hard copy in person. But you can use routines #2, #3 and #4 here - mix 'em up! But don't just do the easy ones.
