You'll probably need to make some additions and adjustments to your personal triathlon checklist. I print this out and keep it in a page protector, and check items off with a sharpie. You can wipe it off with alcohol and use it over and over. Trisuit or swimsuit Running Bra Body Glide Swim Goggles + spares Ear plugs, nose plug Transition Mat or towel Towels (2) Plastic (grocery) bags (for wet stuff) Bike Bike shorts Bike Shoes Bike Helmet Socks Water Bottle(s) for bike Extra Water Bottle Prepared drink (Gatorade, Accelerade, etc.) Energy Snack / Fuel / Gel Running Shoes Race belt, extra safety pins Headband, buff or visor Sun Screen Sunglasses Anti Fog for swim goggles Change of clothing for after race Flipflops Rapid Release Tylenol or ibuprofin/Motrin for after Sharpie Phone armband Heart Rate Monitor - watch Squirt bottled water or dishpan Bug Spray (ant spray for transition spot) Insect repellent (mosquito) Here's the MSWord document if you prefer Tri_Check_List.docx (48.99 KB) Please share your additions or suggestions with the group
