Hey, if you haven't come to any of our training sessions yet, learn about triathlons without having to commit to doing one.
TUESDAY JUNE 21st - I'm going to try another STARTUP Meeting at 7:00 pm. Let's just plan on the Oviedo Aquatic Center Parking lot, hopefully it won't be thundering or lightning. Please rsvp with your CP or e-mail so I can notify you in case we have to relocate to Panera in case of bad weather.
Bring a towel or mat, something to drink, and wear your workout clothes. We'll try to get in a 2 mile walk-run from 7:40 - 8:15-ish.
Bring you questions, concerns and fears.
Based on my current work schedule, startup training will probably be on either Tuesday or Wednesday nights,
I'd really like to get a start up group going soon, so I can possibly change my schedule starting in July if neither of those work well for those ready to start tri-ing.
