This is one of the hardest things for new triathlon swimmers.

I subscribe to anything by Kevin Koskella, TriSwimCoach.com - I paid for his online course, but most of his videos are free on Youtube.

I struggle a little with the swimming, as do most people.
In my attempt to swim in the ocean the other day, using proper breathing techniques...I made the mistake of turning my head 'upwave'. Opps.
Stomach full of salt water.
